Jack O's Planning Poker

A planning poker tool for agile teams to estimate work together. Create a session, share a room link, and vote on tickets without needing an account. Votes stay hidden until the facilitator reveals them, giving everyone a chance to estimate independently before discussing the results.

Built with Laravel and PHP, using Blade templates, Tailwind CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. Room updates are kept in sync through JavaScript polling, with frontend assets bundled by Vite.
